This Privacy Policy explains how D Squared T, LLC (“D2T,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with www.visitech.ai, app.visitech.ai, and any related pages, applications, and services operated by D2T (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Section A

Information you provide to us

  • Account information: email address and name (if provided)
  • Authentication information: user authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not store or have access to user passwords.
  • Billing metadata: subscription status, plan information, and limited payment identifiers (such as card brand and last four digits) provided by our payment processor.
  • Communications: information you provide when contacting us for support or inquiries.

Section B

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and telemetry data: feature usage, interaction events, timestamps, and general application activity
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Cookies and analytics technologies, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Section C

User-uploaded data

Important

D2T does not store user-uploaded datasets. All data imported by users into the Services is processed locally and in-memory within the user's environment. User-uploaded datasets are not stored on D2T servers.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Services

To provide AI-powered features, D2T may generate a derived schema from user-imported data. This schema may describe structural characteristics such as column names, data types, and relationships, and may include limited representative examples.

This derived schema may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of performing inference and delivering requested functionality. Full user datasets are not transmitted.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded data does not contain sensitive or regulated personal information if such information should not be processed by third-party AI services.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Manage subscriptions and billing
  • Improve functionality, performance, and user experience
  • Monitor usage and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Send transactional, service-related, and marketing communications
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers that support our operations, including hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, email communications, and AI inference services. These providers are authorized to process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of D2T, our users, or others.

Business transactions

Data Retention

  • Account, billing, and telemetry data: retained while the account is active
  • After account termination: retained for up to 24 months for legal, accounting, and operational purposes, unless a deletion request is submitted
  • User-uploaded datasets: not retained by D2T

Marketing Communications

While you maintain an active account, you may receive promotional communications from D2T.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Using the unsubscribe link included in emails, or
  • Contacting us at privacy@visitech.ai

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related communications necessary for use of the Services.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain authenticated sessions
  • Analyze usage and performance
  • Improve the Services

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted under your account.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing activities.

Requests may be submitted to privacy@visitech.ai and will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

International Use

The Services are operated primarily in the United States and Canada. Information may be processed in jurisdictions where D2T or its service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. D2T does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
